Los adverbios de frecuencia sirven para informarte de la frecuencia con que se produce una acción.

Adverbs of frequency are used to inform you about how frequent an action is being made:

Siempre- Always

A veces- Sometimes

Frecuentemente- Often/ Frequently

Usualmente- Usually

Raramente- Rarely

Rara Vez- Seldom

Casi nunca- Hardly Ever

Nunca- Never

In Spanish you can use the adverbs of frequency in almost every place of the sentence.  You put the emphasis.

Let's see this example:

I never talk to her

Yo nunca hablo con ella

Nunca yo hablo ella

Yo hablo con ella nunca

Do you see how it's easy.  You just need to know the adverbs of frequency and start trying to create your own sentences.
