Do you know the subjects in Spanish?  In case you don't or if you want to remember them, here it's a list of the subjects in Spanish language

Tu / Usted	You

Nosotros	We
Ustedes Vosotros	You (pl)
Ellos (m) Ellas (f)	They (pl)

Debes Saber

• Tú and Usted both mean "You" on it's singular form.  However, you use Tú  for an informal speech, basically when you are talking to a close friend, a family member or to your partner.  Usted is used for a more formal or professional speech.  You can't call your boss "Tú", for example.
• Vosotros means You on it's plural form.  We only use Vosotros in Spain while in the rest of the countries we seldom use it.  For the rest of the countries use Ustedes for the plural form of You.

Niño or Boy?

Hi.  Let's start working with your Spanish vocabulary.  Today: Niño or Boy

Some people translate Niño as Boy however...

En Español usamos Niño (or chavo in Mexico, chaval in Spain) para un rango menor de edad que en inglés:

Let's see:

Niño: 0-10 years old maximum

The female equivalent for Niño is Niña (or chava in Mexico) so it's not exactly like boy in english.

En inglés puedes llamar a alguien boy con 14 o 15 años pero no es lo mismo en español.
