The numbers from 20 to 30 create words from the combination of the word veinte and the numbers from 1 to 9


21 Veintiuno
22 Veintidós
23 Veintitrés

25 Veinticinco
26 Veintiséis

28 Veintiocho
29 Veintinueve


For the rest of the numbers you just use the word "y" (and):
